Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We've got answers. Here are some of the most common queries we receive.

Any bonafide student of Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal Campus can register to become an NSS volunteer. We welcome students from all courses and years who have a passion for community service.

Besides the satisfaction of serving the community, volunteers develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Active volunteers who complete the mandatory hours of service are also eligible for an NSS Certificate from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, which holds significant value.

An NSS volunteer is expected to put in at least 120 hours of service over a period of two years. This includes participation in regular activities and the Annual Special Camp. However, the true commitment is the passion you bring to the cause.
